WHAT'S INCLUDED?

  • Each centred around a 90 minute one-to-one mentoring session. Taking you through a 360° look at your life. From the perspective of the five essential health pillars: nutrition, movement, sleep, mental wellbeing, and reducing toxin exposure.

  • 15 diagnostic questionnaires and analyses. To help understand you in-depth. Your aspirations and concerns, current health and lifestyle.

  • Independent third party testing:

    • Comprehensive blood panel.​

    • Microbiome testing.

    • DNA testing.

    • DEXA Scan (body composition and bone mineral density).

    • Continuous Glucose Monitoring (wearable CGM).

  • Collection and analysis of data from your smart watch, WHOOP Band/Oura Ring, Blood Pressure Monitor and smart scales. (You will need to own/buy these.)

  • All biometric data listed above independently reviewed by a qualified medical doctor.

  • PDFs of materials covering each session.

  • Personalised recommendations, based on your individual needs.

  • Ongoing WhatsApp support between sessions.

  • A personalised Longevity Report after Session 14. Summarising your individual optimisation strategy, behaviour change tools and goals.

  • Six-month follow-up review (Session 15). An assessment across all five health pillars, identifying adjustments where needed.​
