CLIENT FEEDBACK

“I‘ve been married for 27 years and have two sons. For the last 30 years I’ve held professional jobs in Brussels.

I became interested in The longevity Plan as I wanted to build a more holistic approach to my health. And more specifically, to learn how to overcome my behavioural barriers to change. The Plan provided the support and guidance that I needed.

Trust is essential for tackling your inner monsters that hinder change. Whether it be sugar craving, the inertia to move, or resistance against hard-wired habits. Steve instils this trust. The Longevity Plan combines science with listening, practical examples, and above all, processes and systems for change.

It’s not a simple passive activity. It’s about engagement, confronting yourself with uneasy questions, and constant learning. I found the regular online sessions perfect for creating momentum. The mix of preparatory questionnaires, deep insights into the elements responsible for good health, practical examples, and clear, focused actions ensured sustainable engagement and above all, moved me to action.

The programme is a great learning journey, which I will continue for the rest of my life. My goal is to preserve good health until the end of my earthly life.

Surprisingly, it’s also helped to bring back habits I had when I was a young man. Things like regular exercise and being outside in nature. I now have the ambition to get my body into shape again with lowered weight, muscle preservation and more consistency in when and how I sleep and what and when I eat.

Steve is very didactic and rich-content focused. His approach is scientifically validated and experience-based, which brings a high level of credibility. At the same time, he has a capacity for deep listening and asking the right questions in an empathetic and careful way. This combination makes his approach to coaching very unique.

The impact is about far more than just weight loss. It’s about a process of change. The Longevity Plan has energised me. I feel more focused and in control of my own health. More dedicated and equipped to bring about change for the better.”

“I’m married with two boys and work full time in a busy marketing agency. In my younger days I trained as a dancer and have a dance degree.

Fitness is still a huge part of my life, with regular running and gym work. But three years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Now that the active treatment is complete I’m keen to live an even healthier lifestyle, to maximise both my healthspan and lifespan.

I came to Steve because I wanted a re-focus. A bit like a driver awareness course, to find ways to improve my longevity. It’s very easy to get stuck in a rut with habitual patterns. I wanted to step outside that, learn new things and put them into practice.

I liked the focus on matching your healthspan with your lifespan. Deciding what kind of life I want to be living if I’m fortunate to live to old age. Then working back from there to see the work that I need to put in now.

Steve prepared the sessions meticulously, with a good flow and mixture of modules, to make sure all bases were covered. I liked the format of pre-questionnaires, presentation slides and having time to digest the information and put the learnings into practice. The regular calls gave the programme a good structure, the opportunity to ask questions, and to tap into Steve’s wealth of knowledge.

I found the EAT modules particularly useful. It gave me an important re-focus to food buying and eating habits. With a busy family life and full-time work, we often have the same things each week without thinking. The Plan reminded me how important fuelling your body with the right nutrients is. I’ve become much better at weaving in more diverse food groups and breaking habitual food patterns.

Steve is a powerhouse of knowledge on food, exercise, sleep, mental health and detoxing. He’s non-judgemental, encouraging and a true role model for practising what he preaches. The Longevity Plan has made me realise that with a bit more thought and organisation I can make better choices that will benefit me long term.

I now have peace of mind that I’m maximising my healthspan. I feel more empowered, more focused, and confident that I’m doing as much as I can to achieve better results for the rest of my life.

The beauty of The Longevity Plan is that it’s tailored to you. I learnt loads and Steve has helped me put that knowledge into practice for years to come.”

“I’m Martin, a family guy with a wife, two teenage kids and a cat. I spend a lot of time at my desk, as a project manager for a big company.

I was looking to gain better insights into what makes a healthy lifestyle, tackle my bad habits and find strategies to improve them. I felt The Longevity Plan was right for me because I wanted a full picture across all aspects of my health.

It’s a well-prepared programme with clear goals for each module. The pre-session questionnaires really got me thinking ahead and Steve explains everything step-by-step in a clear and easy-to-follow way.

I really liked the focus on building good habits. He gave me practical tips on how to combine and implement changes that stick. While the blood panel and DNA tests gave me great insights into my body type.

Steve provides structured insights with a clear, focused message. He takes each step seriously and explains everything carefully. He’s also a great listener and gives feedback based on his own experience, which makes it very practical and relatable.

Since doing the programme I feel more energized throughout the day. I’m much more conscious about my diet and my digestion has improved. I still have snack moments, but I handle them more mindfully now.

I hadn’t expected to see how many aspects of health can be improved. One surprise was my digestion. I thought it was already great, but now I can see how to make it even better. Sleep was another. It’s easy to neglect and so important for staying healthy.

My biggest improvements have been in the variety of what I eat, how I move, and developing a stronger focus on regular daily routines.

At the same time, my motivation and confidence have definitely gone up. I now know where I stand and what my targets are. The biomarker measurements really helped me make progress across many dimensions, not just weight. It’s convinced me that good health is essential for staying fit and performing well, in both work and life.

Overall, it’s given me a complete picture of all the key longevity dimensions. It’s helped me understand how habits influence them and taught me strategies to make sustainable changes without huge effort.”
