No two people are the same. That’s why The Longevity Plan is built around you; your biology, lifestyle, routines and goals.

It’s a unique one-to-one programme, designed for people over 40 who want to feel better now, and stay healthier for the years ahead. Over 12 modules, we take a 360° look at your life through five essential pillars: nutrition, movement, sleep, mind, and reducing toxins. You can complete the programme at your own pace, either spread across a year, or in as little as three months.

Most health issues don’t have a single cause, they’re the result of many factors working together. Instead of treating symptoms with single solutions, like medication, we go upstream and tackle the root causes in your lifestyle. When we do that, we’re not just treating problems we’re preventing them.

There’s a common belief that ageing is something that just happens. And while it’s true that we can’t stop time, we can influence how our bodies respond to it.

 

Research shows that up to 80% of chronic disease risk is driven by lifestylenot genes. That means you have far more control than you might think.

 

In The Longevity Plan, I focus on five proven levers:

 

  1. Nutrition: Fuel your body with the right foods at the right times.

  2. Movement: Build strength, mobility, and endurance that lasts.

  3. Sleep: Improve quality and consistency for deep recovery.

  4. Mental wellbeing: Cultivate calm, purpose, and emotional resilience.

  5. Environmental toxins: Reduce your everyday exposure.

 

Each of these areas is interconnected. Together, they create the foundation for long-term health.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

The Plan provides an evidence-based framework; within which you can choose which options work for you. It's built around weekly, 60 minute sessions. Each comprising of three elements:

I’ll help you make simple, meaningful changes to your daily life.

With an emphasis upon clear, personalised advice that fits your unique needs.

We’ll track your progress together, using easy tools and real-time feedback.

I will share a PDF summary at the end of each session, summarising the key learnings.

Between sessions, I will provide support via WhatsApp.

After the penultimate session, I will write you a report, detailing personalised recommendations.

In the final session, six months later, we will review your progress and I'll advise on any adjustments to consider.
