More than a coach: A mentor on your longevity journey
There’s a big difference between knowing what to do and actually doing it. Sometimes, what we really need is someone who’s walked the path ahead of us. That’s where mentorship comes in.
While coaching helps you set goals, change habits and stay accountable, mentoring adds something deeper: real-life experience. I bring not just knowledge, but lived insight.
As a mentor, I won’t just advise from a distance, I’ll walk beside you. Here’s what that looks like in practice:

Guidance and support: Advice, encouragement, and a listening ear to help you navigate challenges, develop your skills and confidence.

Support that’s personal, not prescriptive: This isn’t about telling you what to do. It’s about helping you figure out what works best for you.

Knowledge and experience sharing: I’ll draw upon my own experience, to provide insights that can help you make informed decisions.

Goal setting and achievement: Assist you in identifying and setting realistic goals, and provide support in developing strategies to achieve them.
