WHAT'S INCLUDED

No two programmes are the same; each is tailored to an individual's, or group's, needs. Below is are the elements typically included in an individual programme.
Group programmes usually focus on carefully chosen elements from this list.
  • Five to 15 modules

  • Each centred around a 90 minute one-to-one coaching session. Taking you through a 360° look at your life. From the perspective of the five essential pillars: nutrition, movement, sleep, midlife transition, and reducing toxin exposure.

  • Diagnostic questionnaires prior to each session. To help understand you in-depth. Your aspirations and concerns, current health and lifestyle.

  • Independent third party testing:

    • Comprehensive blood panel.​

    • Microbiome testing.

    • DNA testing.

    • DEXA Scan (body composition and bone mineral density).

    • Continuous Glucose Monitoring (wearable CGM).

  • Collection and analysis of data from your smart watch, WHOOP Band/Oura Ring, Blood Pressure Monitor and smart scales. (You will need to own/buy these.)

  • NB All biometric data listed above independently reviewed by a qualified medical doctor.

  • PDFs of materials covering each session.

  • Personalised recommendations, based on your individual needs.

  • Ongoing WhatsApp support between sessions.

  • A personalised Report after the penultimate session. Summarising your individual optimisation strategy, behaviour change tools and goals.

  • Six-month follow-up review. An assessment across all five health pillars, identifying adjustments where needed.​
