THINK: MIDLIFE TRANSITION

Midlife is sometimes described as a crisis. Retireless sees it differently: as a period of reflection, renewal and possibility.

The aim: To help you navigate the transition from the first to the second half of life, with greater clarity, confidence and intention.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PERSONAL AND GROUP COACHING PROGRAMMES?

Every Retireless programme is tailored to the needs, goals and circumstances of the people taking part.

 

Delivered in person or online, for individuals or groups, programmes are designed to support a longer, healthier and more active life. With a focus on improving healthspan and helping reduce biological age.

PERSONAL COACHING

Tailored one-to-one programmes, delivered over several weeks or months.

 

For people who want dedicated expertise, personal attention and a discreet, supportive space to make meaningful changes to their health, energy and everyday habits.

They are likely to include in-depth coaching, collection of biomarker data and a personalised report.

GROUP SESSIONS

Bespoke workshops, cohort programmes and retreat-based immersions, for wellbeing businesses, retreats and employers.

 

Typically created in partnership; the sessions are designed around the needs of your specific audience.

PERSONAL COACHING

No two people are the same. That’s why Retireless is built around you - your biology, lifestyle, routines and goals.

It’s a bespoke one-to-one programme, designed for people over 40 who want to feel better now, and stay healthier for the years ahead. Over weeks or months, we take a 360° look at your life through five essential pillars: nutrition, movement, sleep, mind, and reducing toxins. You can complete the programme at your own pace.

​

Most health issues don’t have a single cause, they’re the result of many factors working together. Instead of treating symptoms with single solutions, like medication, we go upstream and tackle the root causes in your lifestyle. When we do that, we’re not just treating problems we’re preventing them.

Personal coaching typically includes:

One-to-one 90 minute sessions: To build knowledge, set goals, assess progress, adjust your plan, and support change.

Health assessment: Biomarker data and testing to reveal what’s happening beneath the surface.

Personalised strategy: Creating a tailored plan, based on your needs, priorities, and current health status.

Progress tracking: Simple, meaningful metrics that we can discuss to help you see what’s working.

Ongoing support: WhatsApp check-ins between sessions so you’re never on your own.​

The aim: Small, sustainable shifts that compound over time. You’ll come away with tools you can use for life, by understanding your own body and making choices that serve it well.
