Koufonisi, with a population of just 500 people, is the kind of place where life immediately becomes simpler: whitewashed houses, clear turquoise water, sandy beaches, and cobbled alleys.
The island small enough to walk almost everywhere, with an atmosphere that encourages reflection, ease, and time outdoors. A setting where healthy choices feel natural rather than effortful.


What you can expect
Guests will experience a gentle daily rhythm that blends movement, rest, learning, and connection.
Mornings begin with yoga, a walk, or swim. Followed by breakfast and a daily teaching session on topics such as nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress. Midday offers space for rest, reading or exploring the island. Afternoons may include workshops, cooking, reflection, and one-to-one coaching. Evenings centre around long, unhurried communal meals and good conversation.
The overall feel is calm, thoughtful, and deeply human.

The experience
Accommodation is in four simple, comfortable studios. Each with a double bed, creating an intimate small-group experience for around 4 to 8 guests. There will be plenty of time to connect with like-minded people, in a relaxed and supportive setting.
At its heart, the retreat is based on a simple belief: longevity is not about living forever. It is about living well for as long as possible. The most powerful changes are rarely extreme; they are small, consistent, and built into the way we live.
